Thank you all for the add! Firstly I am rebuilding a 2006 C280 that was hit in the front end, sheet metal damage only. When I first started working in the car the headlights worked. I heplaced them with new aftermarket because the old ones were damaged. I loosely understand the SAM module and have even replaced it thinking that was the issue (what a pain)
Things I have tried:
1. Replaced Sam module
2. probed the plugs at the headlights and there is no 12V signal at all. My front marker lights work but no high, low. I have had this entire front end apart and “believe I have it all back together correctly (wiring wise). Other that the two plugs that go into the back of the headlights is there any other wiring that I should be looking at? Please help this is a beautiful car that is dead in the water. Any help is appreciated.
