Rattle from behind nav screen

24 Mercedes C300 4matic
Rattle from behind nav screen
I am leasing a 2024 C300 4Matic. Recently, I was hearing a rattle behind the navigation screen and below and behind the three air vents. It happens on bumpy roads at 15-25mph, but not at all at speeds of 50 mph and up. The dealer says they cannot replicate it. Anyone else have this problem?

Apparently, it was a front strut

It has been determined to be a strut. But we are on business day 8 of this saga. At least I have a loaner car.

Got my car back after 9 business days. Problem solved, runs quietly.

They took the right front wheel off, repaired the right front strut, torqued it to spec, put the wheel back on. I’ve had it back for a week, rattle is gone.
