Loss some features after workshop intervention
Hi everybody.
I am new to the forum, so I will introduce myself.
I am Portuguese and I live in Lisbon and my current car is a Mercedes C300e (S206).
I imported this car from Germany to Portugal anda everthing worked well. I manage to create a Mercedes ME accont, the remote access to the car works well, etc.
But after a software upgrade made by a Mercedes workshop in Portugal, i lose some communication functions. The car seams that lose the connection to internet and can't call do mercedes support with the ME call button on the roof console. Put here some videos.
I tried that the worshop solve this problems but they keep saying that the car is imported and, because of that, this features don't work. It's a bit stupid because when I imported the car everything was working.
I also asked to the workshop to revert the car software to German original configuration but again, they tell me that can't do this process.
Does anyone have any suggestions for possible solutions to this problem? Can be solved by coding services?
