Video: 2012 CLS63 with perf. pkg acceleration
OptionAuto does a ton of videos of vehicles going to their maximum speeds and I just found them doing the new CLS63..

Its funny how the car moves like a freight train then stops right at 155.

This car apparently is the STD Cls63 amg ..The performance pack "option " adjusts the limiter to 186 MPH...

According to the French comments on the video, the Performance Pack and increased speed limiter are seperate options?!?

Is that true in the 2012 models now?

The performance pack option on US models includes the increased power to 550hp and the limiter raised to 186 mph ....

a car that gets very poor gas mileage.
This car is not equipped with the Performance Package.
