2012 CLS 63 AMG
2012 CLS63 with blacked out grill?
I've seen several pics of these cars with the grills black out. Is there a black after market replacement or are people having their chrome grills painted?

I think their's are painted which steers me away because it will chip. Paint just doesnt adhere to plastic that well. I painted my E55 grill and the painter did a great job but no matter that thing will get chipped; it faces the wind and the elements head on.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I was going to have mine wrapped so I could leave the circle and star alone...
