Question rear diff oil
was wondering what you guys paid for the rear diff change....
dealer quoted me 186......

My indy tech did it for 100.00 He is a certified Benz tech who left and opened his own shop... Im sure you can find someone to do it. Its relatively easy job but the fluid is pricey.

There are many indy service agents authorized to do standard service and repairs. What they can not do is recall issues. Since MBZ doesnt pay for service I always see my guy for normal routine maintainence.

The shock issue, since its warranty on my E63 wagon, will be via the dealer.

yeah, got it....
was only 68 for the labor and 34 for the fluid......

Just messing with you man...I was just saying that after spending money like this on a very uneconimical car I just wouldn't shop something that cost a couple of hundred bucks. But I'm an idiot and I roll into the dealer for everything...which is probably why they love me...
