Hello,
The Installation for this unit is very simple. Simply unscrew the old paddle shifter and screw on the BRABUS paddle shifters. Also requires removal of factory Airbag and steering wheel.
Before you begin any process, make sure you disconnect the battery as well.

Sorry for the confusing and the misunderstanding. BRABUS doesn't even provide us with the DIY. So the DIY the customer requested was from our shop experience installing it.
I am NOT an installer and sorry for my screw up on details. But now that you have the details on the installation, we hope you're ready to purchase these paddles

just had these installed in my car
the install took about 3-4 hours. first you will have to remove the airbag and the car needs to be connected to the diagnosis. you will have to erase the CEL. i recommend you to take it to a reputable shop to do this.

Just got the Brabus paddle shift today and will be installing tom on my E350 Cabrio year 2013!
