what color did you go with on your calipers? don't you already have the red ones from PP or is the paint job for a different vehicle?

When I talked to my dealer about powder coating they said that the caliper would have to be completely disassembled for the baking process. Afterward the caliper would have to be rebuilt. Did you guys come across the same directions or is there another method to do this? My dealer doesn't really have experience with this and hardly anyone in the Seattle area powder coats brakes so I'm looking for the best way to go about doing it.

It really was no big deal and this was for my CLS 63 NA...not my current TT. I said "should we paint these" and he asked "red or yellow"..lol...jumped in a loaner and had it back in 2 days. Now I did have to go to Ebay to get the AMG decals but that wasn't a big deal. Just do it first so you have them ready. I beat that car to hell and back and after 3 years they were perfect. They also did my wheels for me and same thing....looked great.
