To run a 315 you have to either run a 11" or 11.5" wide rear wheel. Those 315's on the CLS55 definitely rub. The tire is too tall as well and makes it too buldgy. It doesn't flow with the car and the front tires. And by looking at the picture, I would guess he's running a 11" wide rear wheel.

The rear 315s rub when I hit large bumps, however normal driving it is not a bother at all. On a side note, you will need to do some serious fender rolling/pull to make it work. The end result is worth it if you have traction issues with a 30 series tire.
