Actually, I have two sets coming...and all I can say is that it's a surprise and they are from HRE. I love these wheels but have always had a deep appreciation for the ones I am getting. My plan is to switch off every couple months for a new look. Granted, I could keep these as well, and if I don't get the right offer, I will probably do that. But at least wanted to post them up and see if there are any takers.

I ran ET29 front on 20x9 and ET39 on 20x10 rears on my E63 and E63 wagon. So you might get away with the fronts but the rears will stick out and rub especially if you are lowered. My ET39 rear was hyper aggressive:

Got two sets of HREs coming that will be bananas. Text me J and I will fill you in. Right now, it's a secret. The first set should be done in about 8-10 days. The second set was just ordered.

What can I say, I put my fingers to the keyboard and the douchiness comes out. However, my statement is a tad undermined by the fact that I just ordered another set -- on top of the ones replacing the P43SCs. My original plan was to have the new wheels and the P43's, but, I threw caution, my 401(k) and the deed to my parent's oil rigs in Alaska and Riyadh into the pot to buy a second set of HREs. I mean, having three would just be ridiculous!

By the way, I think your E63 is probably the only car of that stature that looks stunning in a set of staggered three-piece wheels with such cavernous lips. Bravo!


Thanks. It's like my dating philosophy. Do I think I am worth a Mila Kunis, Paula Patton or Morena Baccarin (watch Homeland)? Yes. Am I going to turn down every woman I meet until I get a woman that looks like or resembles the aforementioned women? No.

My point? I know HREs are quality and expensive, but the reality is that I would rather price them to move than set some price based on an expectation that (while I think is reasonable), is probably not going to happen -- especially considering that many people on this forum are price conscious and could probably get a brand new set of wheels from companies like Klassen, Vossen, Forgestar, etc. for the price of a slightly used set of HREs.

Ahhh, but anyone that buys wheels or any mods expecting to get a "return on the investment" is foolish.

Excellent question. Well originally I wasn't going to get a 2nd set after selling the P43's...but then I decided that I liked the idea of swirching wheels up every so often and basically feeling as though I have a new car (because the wheels would provide a totally different look). Also, nothing about modding my cars is based on logic, so I figured: why start now?
