I've been looking around, and I now agree, these wheels are very strange looking and really don't have the HRE flow I have become accustomed too

I like them. A nice flow with the double-5 spoke design!

These wheels aren't worthy of HRE brandìng..

They look eBay cheap ala' knock off ancient Lowenhart BR5 style They belong on Honda Accord not Classy new CLS...

Yes, this design is a bit unusual for the car - this particular CLS belongs to someone that normally does not follow the status quo, so we were interested to see how this look (and subsequent reaction of others) would pan out.

how about some more pics so we can get a better perspective... we all know HRE wheels are of the best quality so some other angles might help.

Lol, if we were processing the photos, yes, we'd be taking a long time...

I'll upload them as soon as we get the set.

I think the wheel design is beautiful. Maybe the right finish will interest you. I think the CLS has a 2-tone with Gloss Charcoal/Brushed. I think in Brushed or Brushed tinted, yum!

Here you go
http://ringbrothers.com/

The convergence of art and science – that nexus where engineering and design merge to create something purely beautiful yet truly functional – is where many of the modern era’s most fascinating creations are born. San Diego based HRE Wheels and Wisconsin based automotive artisans Ringbrothers both share this common philosophy and the two teams proudly unveiled their first collaboration at the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, the new Ringbrothers Editions by HRE Wheels.

Mike and Jim Ring have pushed the envelope of muscle car design with a string of stunning, award-winning custom builds that completely transform the donor vehicle while preserving its Detroit soul. They applied that same design philosophy to the new Ringbrothers wheel line, which debuted on the Ringbrothers Mustang “Switchback” in the Ford booth and on display in the HRE booth at the 2012 SEMA Show. HRE will initially offer two unique Ringbrothers designs, the RB1 that utilizes HRE’s proven Monoblok technology while the RB2 is a lightweight, high-strength forged three-piece.

Nice pics but I am also not feeling them at all. Sometimes, you mix 2 great things and the end result does not flow.

I like the name ring brothers because it reminds me of Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey's Circus
If I ever got their wheels it would be for that reason
