Other than the stealer, I do not see why anyone who has them on their cars would want to sell them.
Maybe you can call Brabus and see if you can buy it from them since they replace the OEM ones with their own.

I spoke to Jeremy at www.formymercedes.com , he said he will be carrying illuminated AMG door sills for the W218 chassis, not sure exactly when his supplier will be providing them but said to check back with him in a month or so
