I need to lower my DPI to get my second mortgage which means I have to part form my CLS until I get property situation ironed out. I am willing to work a deal. Call me if you have any questions or you want to work out some sort of special deal.

OP, be sure that unloading this debt via a lease assumption is going to clear up your score or ratio issues. Get it in writing.

I am in direct contact with lander and I am working on closing the deal. Issue is on Jan 1st DPI is even lower since landers start counting in all property costs which was not an issue in 2013. I put my equity from my first property as collateral but still running into issues with numbers. Banks are super scared nowadays. I have 3 car leases under me which adds up.

Hope it works out. I refinanced a high dollar home this year, was a real pain in the *** and had to add a lot of capital to make it happen because of the very stringent LTV ratios and extremely conservative bank-initiated appraisals.

Car currently has 18K miles out of 50K allowed which still leaves close to 750 Miles per month till lease end.
