iPhone/iPod connectivity issue CLS63
My iPhone will not connect to the radio with the multimedia cable. The screen says the device needs to be hooked up via USB. That same iPhone just came out of my 09 CLS550, where it worked flawlessly. My 12 CLS63 is a no go. The dealer blamed the iPhone so when I got home yesterday, I tried another iPhone out of my truck. That one acts the same way. Both of these iPhones are 3s and 4s, which are no longer being used, and I use them just for music storage in my cars. I was able to get it to work via Bluetooth, but I prefer it direct with the cable. Anyone else have this happen? Thanks in advance.
