Has anyone else here done this for the W218? I'm curious to know what they did with the headlamp washers since the facelift no longer has them. Also, were there any other bumper parts needed to be updated besides the front and rear covers?

Anyone figure out if the facelift tail lights are the same shape as the prefacelift lights and plug n play?

yes they absolutely are - they even look almost the same, a slight bit darker red, that is all

The reverse lights are also genuine LED rather than halogen.

Are you 1000% certain they fit? I was worried about gap like W212 tail lights, as well as the same harnesses for plug n play functionality?

If you are confident I will order a pair of tail lights immediately.

Ive seen your car - gorgeous. You also swapped rear bumpers though. Are you certain they will fit the 2012 body with the 2012 rear bumper too? I see you also put a facelift rear bumper on.

yes I did a full facelift all around and yes it fits on 2012 - mine is a 2012 :-)

It actually looks like the halogen reverse light is removable on both the 2012 & 2015 versions from online photos. Thinking I can just replace that with an LED and be good to go!

Can you explain how you attached the resistors. Also, can you post the part numbers for the bumper and side skirts.

Are the facelift tails necessary? Meaning do you have to use the facelift tails with the facelift Bumper? Is there an issue if you install the facelift bumper and leave the old tail lights?

I thought the idea of a forum was to share and have meaningful discussions. These guys totally ghosted (Alexdou111 & Drantispy).

Finding everything for the face lift but all overseas and they won't ship to the U.S. I can't find anything here in the US, just pieces that are badly damaged or new bumper only for over $1000+, no grille, no lower moulding.

Check these out. The part number for the front bumper including grille and mouldings is A2188850300, it appears to be a non U.S. version part number.

Does anyone know what's the difference between AMG styling and non AMG styling on the facelift bumper? All the bumpers look the same to me. I found a bumper but I don't know if it's AMG styling or not.
