As I keep looking at the picture, it’s becoming easier to compute the two together, and it all starts to make more sense. While it’s not my thing, I think the car would look better in a darker color with these wheels. At least we're not dealing with the standard black wheels that are so ubiquitous these days.

Yeah it's unfortunate, but what really counts is what makes you happy.
As far as the wheels, they are P40SCs. I kick myself everyday that I didn't jump on the offer he gave for the S101s, but I'll pick up some new ones when I return from South Korea.
yes, the S101 really grew on me....so thin, but yet so muscular...and then it seems like every company came out with one similar....
I've really been digging the red wheels a lot.......the contrast is so nice and they pop so much in the sunlight......Pertplus had that color on one of his cars.......a grey Pcar if I recall......and that color looked great against the red's....
my p40sc's are coming back a brushed dark clear, and I also ordered some M303's in tint brush clear for my S
evidently the build time is only 4 weeks

C&C has been doing pretty well at the Raleigh Grande theater for the last few months, its every third Saturday IIRC
The CLS is doing well, Ive only put about 300 miles on it since purchase back in June, unfortunately it has sprung an oil leak that I will have Curt tend to eventually, i think its an oil pan gasket possibly. Reminds me with these cooler temps I should probably exercise her a bit.
Still looking forward to the next round of mods, these things are addicting.

Ouch... I'd send HRE or whoever did the repaint current pix of our Navy/Battleships, last I heard Elton John, wasn't Admiral & our Navy isn't Pastel blue.
I see more blue than grey. Thus I'll call it greyish blue.
as do I, the grey is not really evident in pictures that I've taken.......it wasn't the color I was expecting, but after two months I'm tired of waiting for my 41's lol....
they are a very different color though.....I kinda like it
