Strapped her to the Dyno

Went down to the shop and had some extra time, so we strapped her down to the dyno..I knew she was running rich, just didn't think that much...Gives me more incentive to change to a different tuner..its a heart breaker dyno for HP numbers..

518 wheel HP would equate to like 650 crank HP given 20% loss. Right?

That's about the generally accepted equation.

There is something going on to why HP #s are really low...Havent had a chance to look into it yet..

I really was only concerned about what AFRs. And its the tune which is really off, being very rich. I can't log timing in this car so no clue with that... Shows that "some" of these Tunes out there are not optimal at all. I always had a feeling the tune was off, being it to rich and the ramp up wasn't how I expected it to be...Hence why I always said I should of switched to AMS when they started getting into the benz world. That or live tune..

Also dyno is just a tuning tool..Hard to compare numbers unless you know that the compared dynos are set up similar...
