anyone ever have this issue?

started a few months ago and seems to be especially when vehicle is first started after being cold for overnight. drivers window partially fogs up too. putting windshield max defrost on clears it up but also boils the interior.

car is tuned, not sure if a tune could be causing an issue with the A/C?

been in to dealer twice, they cant find anything wrong...
