Discount on 2016 CLS63?
#2
Hey there I just leased on last month full loaded MSRP $118K Got reduced to cap cost of $113K, which I felt was fair Im in West Palm Beach FL, and this was their only car available (as we all know, they're hard to find). MF was .00230 Residual was 59% I believe Payment right around $1900/inc tax. Hope that helps

I got about $6k off on my MY14 with MSRP of $123k and change. Try to get 7% off but accept 5-6% if necessary.
MBF base lease MF (applicable to AMGs which are generally devoid of promotions) is 0.00200 - - 000220 I think, which amounts to a fairly steep 4.8% APR. Anything above that is even more dealer profit.
Chase auto loans are typically in the low 2% range if you have an account with them. A 48 yr purchase might not be much more than a 36 mo lease so check into that too. AMG cars don't generally lease well although the 59% residual is not bad, it is like 48% on an S class which makes leasing a mostly terrible idea.
The CLS is due for a major update with all the new E-Class tech and interior improvements, but presumably it won't arrive for MY17 and will probably be delayed until the major CLS redesign in MY18-19.

It appears you did. I looked into it and those are the correct numbers. I guess MB doesn't want to lease these cars and would rather people buy them outright. $70k in lease payments on a $110k car over three years seems a little absurd.

However, everything I have heard is that after 50K miles or so, these cars get super spendy to own...so, I personally did not even consider the purchase.
Anyway, while an expensive lease (luxury), to me, its worth every penny The model year '16 car is just awesome
