Extended Warranty for 2012 CLS 63

Extended Warranty for 2012 CLS 63
So I am just about to pull the trigger on a '12 63 from Texas but first I need some information about extended warranty. I'm new to the USA so I am not familiar with how things work here. I've never bought a used car here.
This will be my 3rd AMG. My first one was a 2008 ML63 I bought new & the second was an 04' CLK 55 that I bought used in 2010 and that car ended up being a nightmare. A week after I bought it, everything went wrong and I ended up spending a lot of $,$$$ on the damn thing. That experience really shocked me and I ended up losing a few grand hence this post now.
What are my options in terms of extended warranty for a 2012 CLS63 with 56k miles?
I know these cars are solid. I just really want to be protected for the next 3-4 years.

So I called my local MB stealership and a very rude lady picked up the phone. So far, not good.
I explained that I'm in contact with a private seller and the car I am interested in is a 2012 CLS63 AMG with 56k miles and I'd like to purchase a warranty. She tells me "if you did not buy it from a MB dealership you cannot purchase a warranty".
I called another dealer not far away and this lady with a very nice attitude tells me they offer warranty for the 63 through 3rd party companies just not Mercedes. Their finance guy will contact me tomorrow with more information.
Any of you dealt with 3rd party warranty companies?

The best 3rd party extended warranty I've had was from Mercury but the car must still be under its original factory warranty. If there's a gap they won't do it.
