Damaged coolers - AMG design fail
I want to bring to your attention something that was pointed out well at W205 and W213 threads here already - AMG design fail of missing protection of cooler/intercooler/heat exchangers where one small stone can seriously damage your car and leave you stranded. Dealer cost fix is in thousands of USD not mentioning flatbed to the service.

This is how my new-ish CLS front looks like and I'm forced to make a custom mesh protection. I wonder why AMG haven't been offering this kind of protection, people would be happy to pay extra for this in the MB configurator.
Btw. I checked a new Audi RS3 yesterday and their design is a bit more clever - the front bumper has a plastic intake shaped in a way that could potentially deflect stones but still doesn't restrict air flow at all.

Damn Sir, that is sucking. As you mentioned, many AMG models have this issue. MB should cowboy up and do something for the owners of these cars!
