55K Service
Oil change and cabin filter change as well as some frigi fresh (lol) for the smell. Recently read about someone's stinky smell whilst using the AC.......cabin filter and some frigi fresh will knock that right out.
Today's visit was $302.95
Upcoming work to be performed......rear pads and rotors(3mm sensor is touching rotor)$665.37, spark plugs, $393.64 and brake flush, $123.60: estimated cost, $1268.35.
Front pads measured 6mm, or half way spent.....not bad for so many miles huh? I can wait a while on that one.....rotors are about 1K each.
Battery tested @ 49%......meh......new battery: $250
Thought I'd share scheduled work and costs for those coming up on these services.
Drive safely out there fella's!

She's worth it!An excellent question. I'll have to consult the fella's at the shop about non OEM stuff. They do lots of mods and I'm sure would tell me their honest opinion. Thanx otakki
For best quality for the money my Independent MB Master Tech recommends PAGID pads and Wurth anti squeal spray...For the W218 AMG its part
number 000-420-34-00-PAG. The original MB brake pads are close to $320 per set, while they are good they produce A LOT of brake dust...JURID
is also another very good quality for price brake pad brand...part number 007-420-76-20-M49/Jurid 573425J. Lastly, a more expensive option (but
cheaper than OEM) is the ATE pad set Part # 007-420-76-20-M404/Ate 604839. I have had good results with the Raysbetos brand of brake pads
in my Japanese cars in the past as well.
I like Zimmermann brake rotors as a option to OEM MB rotors...
Good luck.
