What does this message on my center cluster mean?

It does say ECO mode on the cluster, and over near radio there is a lit up green eco button

2016 CLS S-Model
Mine does the same thing. But if it says Eco in the speedo section, and the light on the center console is green, I'm pretty sure it will work. I don't know why this particular graphic is contrary to that, but I have noticed the same thing on my 2014 CLS 63S model.
