Cls 63 amg
Random Misfire

So I’ve had this 2013 cls 63 amg for a year and started having random misfires intermittently. Car drives rough afterwards until I turn it off and restart it . At first I was told by the dealership that it was my fuel that was bad since I had put 91 octane from a random gas station. So I added an octane booster and filled up at shell with 91 octane . Car ran fine for a month or two then again a misfire . This time I knew it couldn’t be the fuel cause I only put shell premium. So was told to replace spark plugs. Did that and car drove fine for about a month or two then same thing again random misfire. Of course next thing would be coil pack but I’m a little uncertain if that’s truly the issue. Has anyone encountered this problem before ? The code i get when connecting scanner is the p0300. And the misfires only happen when I drive the car hard and floor the gas pedal. If it drive it “normal” no issues.

2012 CLS550 AMG Pkg
I have a similar issue with my 2012 CLS550. Very intermittent but it started with a "check eng" and found code P2096. I did the O2 sensor replacement associated with the code but problem is not solved. Every now and then right after starting I get a very rough idle but otherwise car drives normally. I think I have noticed once or twice in the past year a hesitation when putting the pedal down to the floor while driving.

I'm thinking it's a spark plug or coil issue. The car only has 61 000KM on it but it is 8 years old and I don't believe the plugs have been done yet.
