CLS 63 AMG Electric Steering rack Problems
HI guys - so i recently busted my 2013 W218 CLS 63 AMG which broke my steering rack housing and motor amongst other things. I managed to get a used complete steering rack unit (same part number from donor). Now everything is plugged and connected but the steering assist motor does not activate/work.
The dash lights up with steering errors.
I suspect it is a fuse /relay as the old motor was seized up and may have shorted. I have checked cables and they are fine. Also checked the Pre-fuse box and the fuse (F151) is fine.
Please let me know if anyone can help further.
