Alternator problem or its all good?

Hi guys! Please help me with your advise. Its all started at reputable Orlando tuning and service shop when technician told me I have alternator problem on my 2012 CLS63. He was checking all my systems with AUTEL scanner and noticed that I have ~12.4v while idling and it should be ~14v. My charge shows from 12.4v to 14.2v while driving(my OBD2) . When I start the car it goes up to 14+v. If i press accelerator and cruising it goes down to ~12.6v and then If I decelerate (slowing down) voltage going up to ~14.5-14.7v and stays until I stop. When cruising its on ~12.5v... Its like depends on vibrarion or movement or something else. I replaced the alternator with remanufactured aftermarket one from local parts store because it was fastest delivery. Installed on the car and same "problem" exists! Did a lot of tests and check all ground connections with my friend mechanic and he says may be it should work that way? Battery never died and installed Sep 2019. No error messages on the cluster. ECO works. Always starts up with no problem. What do you guys think?

Little update... I found the hidden menu in the cluster which shows Voltage and Amp. So when I start the car it goes up to 14.6v and then I'm cruising Voltage shows 12.6v , depressing gas pedal(slowing down) kicks alternator back ON and it charges at 14~v and turns back off OFF when I accelerate. Found cluster readings little more accurate than OBD scanner. So as I understand it should operate that way?
