M157 potential blown head gasket? Anybody else with a similar issue

So recently did a flush on my 2012 CLS63 with the M157, I noticed some debris in there so I did a flush and it went away for a few day’s but then it continued to come back. I’m really hoping I don’t have a blown head gasket, the oil seems fine no condensation in there but the debris is a brownish color and has built up inside in the coolant tank. If anyone had a similar issue please let me know, I’ve flushed the system multiple times.

When you did the flush, did you use a premixed bottle or use concentrated coolant? Premixed might be ok but if you use concentrated make sure you mix it with RO water. I suspect that you have corrosion or lots of debris inside of one your cooling system components. I used to work in the HVAC industry and there have been times where flushing the system for hours was required to get all the crap out of the system.
