Bluetooth Will Gray out and not work -
Hi all,

Has anyone had their Bluetooth gray out when starting the car and cannot connect their phone?
Took it in to the dealer, and they "updated" all modules but am still having issues. (2014 CLS 63). factory radio

I have to reset the radio every so often in order to get my phone to connect again. (which then means all my radio settings reset, annoying -_- )
Yes, phone is up to date with software (iPhone 11 pro).

You can see where it is grayed out. will not allow to click.


I am thinking the module is going bad?

Any help would be much appreciated.
