pretty sure its doable, youd need a new ntg unit aswell though and i think abit of coding to make it all work

you can however get an android screen that essentially retains your current ntg system and gives you the benefits of android, they imo look better than the facelift screen because the bezels on that thing is thick af, the android screens come in 10.25 (like thats in the current facelifted c63 w205) or a bigger 12.3inch one (i have this one) i think itd be a cheaper and easier option, there are however some downsides like there are different options available in the form of vendors and using different chipsets(screens look the same) which have different benefits, some screens come with a dsp box that ensures that there is no sound delay when using bt devices, as the device itself in our car will connect via mmi to aux for sound output and hence to my understanding makes a 1-2 second delay. Personally i am not fussed by it in my screen as i bought the 12.3 early and it didnt come with a dsp box and i also was new to it and didnt know much about it but the delay doesnt really bother me, id see it bothering someones watching youtube or videos while using the car sound but again i mean you have a android screen for that reason so you'd just hotspot your head unit with your phone and watch whatever on that, there is no delay on the unit itself

so ideally the best way to use it would be to hotspot the device and use your apps as needed spotify/googlemaps etc or you can put in a sim card and add a data line to your carrier
the devices also support wireless carplay and android auto

this is a great group to join to see the capabilities and the problems some may have to help make a decision, can also see the different vendors and their benefits
my screen is from DMP car design but i think carlife-mall is the best option at the moment

thank you for your reply and informations.

I have already a carplay box on my car with all apps like waze, googlemaps, spotify...and everything works perfectly.

my idea was just to change the display in order to have a bigger «screen » with all my currently configuration.

Very common mod.
