Top 5 mods for street use
My first post since joining besides my intro, so be gentle 
I have a few questions I thought might be fun and informative for us new to the site. I've searched forums, but didn't find specific topics so if this has been discussed, please send a link. If not;
- Top 5 (or how ever many you want to add to any list) mods for acceleration
- Top 5 overall performance mods (Handling, wheels, weight reduction carbon fiber etc)
These are for the average budget, not for expensive mods like bigger turbos for example.
As well is there a trusted app anyone uses for timing a 0-60 run?

I'll start it off with some samples of what is on my setup for acceleration. Not sure if these fit in the average budget, but Spool Performance low-pressure fuel pumps combined with their high pressure injectors.

If your state allows, add on Black Boosted catless downpipes and get the ECU tuned with the new setup.

The original owner also put it on a E50 blend of gas, and results from the dyno test can be seen here:
