Dash Removal Help 2014 CLS63
Working on replacing my radio with the apple car play/android radio. I was able to remove the two T20 screws on the passenger side next to glove compartment. Once those are removed, I can pop out the panel all the way up until the driver's side directly above the ignition. It seems that something is holding it in place closest to the steering wheel where it looks like the microphone is for voice commands/bluetooth. I can't see any switch/lock/screw or anything holding it in place. Has anyone experience this yet and can point me in the right direction? I've watched a bunch of youtube videos but can't find one that has my exact scenario.
you have to insert a screwdriver or something like that from down to up, there is a lock pin you just have to hit it from down to up, look at it from below the steering.
