Rear shocks
Hey guys,
I recently purchased a 2013 CLS 550. Base model rear wheel drive. The back of the car rides hard as a rock. Before I bought it the dealer said he replaced the rear shocks. I'm wondering if he replaced them with the wrong shock. I notice that when I switch the shocks to comfort mode nothing happens (I mean I can't feel any change in height or ride quality). In looking in to replacing them I see there is a shock for self leveling and one for standard ride height. I don't know how to tell if I have self leveling. Any suggestions

2012 CLS550
Mine has the leveling system and the sport/comfort switch. You should have a button to raise and lower the car. And also you can hear it hiss when you park the car. If you can't hear that, I would think that they probably replaced them with regular shocks.
