Windscreens out of stock 2015 CLS63S
I have a crack in my windscreen. I have choice of repairer on insurance so can use MB. My dealer in Sydney advises MB have no 2015 CLS 63S windscreens in stock globally and to expect to wait at least four months. Does anyone know where I can source an OEM screen?

Apparently, MB Australia can only source from Melbourne, Singapore and Germany, where C218 screens part number A 218 670 14 00 are on back order. I can see that there is stock in some dealerships in the US, so I will try them. Got to say, I cannot recall ever having an issue sourcing a part like this before. I can get a pattern part (MB dealer suggested we might do this to save time) but I don't want to.

We tried to source from the US, who had stock, but no-one would send. In the end we took it on the chin and ordered from a local AU dealer without confirmation date on 14 Aug, it arrived 17 Oct. Now fitted.
