14 CLS 550 Fuel Rail Pressure 4.7 Turbo
Loaded question. Alldata DIY is not any help. Waste of $20 lol

Would anyone happen to know the value I am supposed to see at the fuel rail pressure sensor? Scan tool is showing 6. (lol)

Would it be worth it to replace fuel rail pressure sensor, clear codes and start from there?

I am also getting misfire codes on almost all the cylinders as well as lean codes.

There is a separate forum for the CLS550.. but this issue applies to M157 engines too. I'd suspect you have a stuck open/leaking injector. Which cylinder shows the highest misfire count?
