Absolutely correct. Been a longtime fan of cashmere/tan/light beige interiors (but with black, not white exterior); however, BklynBenz is right on the money - jeans (especially) or other dyed clothing can leave stains on the leather seating. The problem is not unique to MB - wife's former LS430 (coincidentally cashmere
interior) also had the problem. Wound up having to cover the seat squab with a towel.

I vote charcoal.

I think that the white paint is boring. Audi used to offer a pearlescent white -- now that was an attractive paint!

Whatever there's gas in...
You see silver cars everywhere though..even my GS300 is silver, my other cars are white besides my 360 and I love them! (they're also easier to keep clean! )

the pics really do make the beige attractive - i also like charcoal though - a toss up IMO. i would go charcoal because of the cleaning issues (and i expect i'll be having kids in the near future - thus the messy passenger issue).

i guess that doesn't matter now that you decided to pass.

i do think it's really neat that you get/got your wife's input. it seems to me that in a marriage it is good to agree on big purchases of any kind (although i am not married, so i don't know for sure).

I like that color combo alot. It is not so much sporty like traditional silver/charcoal but it is more elegant in white with the monster under the hood. The rims are simple yet sporty.
