Just be happy to know it is coming...
I can't wait to see a picture of the 030 package. I have one coming early next year, but at least I have my CLS55 in the meanwhile. Although I might be trading it in next week on a M5 to drive until the new CLS arrives.
Please post a pic ASAP!

Well, how hard-core are you? I think the thing to do is get the name of the boat you're new car gets loaded on and then try to track it across the Atlantic. It worked for me.
Here's a picture of the boat that brought over my car I found on the net

Often, your dealer can get the name of the boat. If they use Wallenius Wilhelmsen, like they did for me, you can type in your VIN for cargo tracking and see what boat it gets loaded on and look up that boat's schedule to get an estimate of arrival time. However, their website is usually a couple of days behind. If you're lucky, like I was, your boat will intermittently transmit weather data, and this is how you track them.
1. Get the name of your boat.
2. Go to http://www.sailwx.info/shiptrack/
3. Enter the name at the bottom. If you're lucky, your boat occasionally sends weather updates as well as its location allowing you to track it. NOT ALL BOATS DO THIS. If yours doesn't, all you've got are updates from the web site of the shipper.
The WW web site (one major auto shipper) seems to be down today but here's the link http://www.2wglobal.com/www/WEP/index.jsp
When my BMW shipped in 2002, that particular shipping company sent continuous GPS updates allowing you to even see what berth the boat was in while docked. For the life of me I can't remember what company it was. It might have been K-line.
