"THE CALL"
Just received a call my salesperson, The fab CLS55 is at the dealership. Alabaster White/Charcoal and loaded. Will put chrome wheels on today and will pick up the Rocket tomorrow. Can't wait Sorry for the short dissertation.

We picked up the CLS55 Thursday afternoon. What a vehicle!!!! MB has really has really hit a "Home run" with this car. SOOOO sleek, sexy, powerful and a car that will draw a lot of attention. I love the E55 but the CLS55 is just in a class by itself. After the break-in period will see what it can do against the E55. The MB chrome wheels really set the car out and of course my wife loves the bling. Wished MB would have color-keyed the grill to match the exterior color of the car but they did not. If you will check out some pictures of the CLS55 all the grills are the same silver, gray color. I will have the grill painted to match the Alabaster White. Other than the grill the car is fantastic. Will post pictures later.

Congrats! Check the past articles about "Break in Periods" I think you'll be surprised at the facts. I was very hard on my 55 right out of the gate and I dynoed unusually high pre-mod. My tech and others have said this is mainly due to how I drive the car in the first month or so of ownership.

Factory MB Chromes. Look good. Have Lowenharts on the E55 and the factorys are just as good looking.
Does anyone know the website for aftermarket MB products?

i know i'm off topic here, but traumadoc, is that a bengal or an ocicat in your sig? great looking cat! i've got a pair of gorgeous abyssinians of similar coloring, but without the spots.
