These people are all scammers. A friend of mine got all excited that she found a X5 4.8 for 15g (yah i know it's sooo obvious). So I e-mailed the seller from two different accounts, and got two different people selling it from two different locations!

You are misinterpreting what I do. The spare drive is a stand-alone unit that replaces the system drive. It only contains the OS and a few programs to test for functionality. I'll cover all bets.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I do the same thing and one of them has Win98 for programs that are not XP compatible. I use hot swap bays. They make the ultimate back up. Suppose you have a similiar set up.

I have found that Outlook restricts downloading .exe attachments. I use Yahoo or some other web based email client to receive those attachments and they work just fine.

i had a similar situation about a year ago. i saw an ad for an m3 for like $25K with less than 10,000 miles on it. the dude was really shady. i think the company he wanted to use was called squaretrade. he said the price was so low because he had to get rid of it quick. after like 2 weeks of e mail conversation (he wouldn't call me) i decided it was obviously too good to be true. i bought a c55 from a dealership.
