Dealer called
Just got a call from my SA to let me know that the car will go in to production next month and will be here in April....Almost got kicked out of the restuarant for jumping up and down from joy, I ran around the table and even kissed my waiterr 
I finally sat down and got ahold of myself and went about my valentines dinner with the wife. I had forgotten she was there

nice to hear that man... ! ur call was way better then my call..haha... when my dealer called me one month ago, they told me that my cls55 will not go on production and they dont make cls55 no more! so i orderd a cls63 instead...dont even know when that will come!! dono why benz stop the canada orders so early! i orderd the cls55 during jan! and it was already too late!

I toss and turn just thinking about her.....oh my black beauty, I can't wait to ride you
I don't think I have ever been this excited about a car. I have all my websites ready to start ordering all of the accesories. It till proably take me another 2 months to finally get her the way I want.
I already have everything picked out, I have had to stop my self from ordering the stuff till the car gets here.

Ok here it goes.
I haven't decided on performance upgrades but I do intend on doing the "hard break in" to see what happens.
Everything else is cosmetics
20" 945 HRE with ps2 20 x 11 rear and 20 x 9.5 front
carlsson front lip
roof wing
crome headlight rings
titanium tint
still considering the clear bra
lowering via star or if not low enough through module don't want to low. I want to maintain the over all classy look of the car. I will be changing the exhaust still undecided but am looking for a tougher growl.
smoked tail lights after i'm done I may do the kleeman still not to convinced on this mod.

Another thing clos, i dont think STAR will be able to lower your car because your car is an 06 model. I just talked to Carlsson about the STAR and they said STAR is useless on the newer bodies. Unless, the dealerships want to do it of course!

they don't have much info on the 63 right now I'm expecting they will have lots more to say in March. I suspect that the reason they are trying to get my car done faster is so that they can sell it before the 63 is available.

It could be. Rumor has it that sometimes Mercedes hold their new model cars in the port before releasing them because Mercedes want to get rid of their old inventory.

I just got back from my dealer to get an update on my car. He showed me an internal bulletin that came out recently showed currently CLS55 and E55 Wagon can not do the Premium Package until April or May period. You can order individual components (the bulletin showed 4 items including the seats), but the package as a whole can not be done at this time. So what you said before regarding what your dealer told you is correct partially, as the seats is available, but for some unknown reason Premium Package as a whole can not be ordered until a few months later.

There has to be a reason for them to break up the premium package I would think.

I must be getting old as I don't remember exactly which seat option was shown available on it (I guess I was too excited about my own car's news and didn't look closely enough. sorry!). All I remember was you can order each of the 4 options individually, and there is a option number code next to each of them. Besides the Premium Package, the Comfort Package was also impacted for a few months and needed to be broken up.

I was at the dealer yesterday afternoon as one of my business partner went to see the s550 so i came along for the ride. While i was there talking to one of the SA about some options he told me to talk to my SA becuase it was better for me to add the Phone kit at the factory.
Well when i sit down with my SA and tell him to add the option he tells me no problem and since I was here to go ahead and sign off on the order as their where some options that the factory rejected. So when he comes back with the print out from netstar, the following options had been removed.
illimuninated door sills
high gloss laurel wood
and premium pakacge not available.
now they where able to add all the other features, so this is what i am left with;
lighting package
dvd command navigation I forgot to ask if this is with the 6 disc according to the brochure its standard on the 55

amg charcoal
I left the print out at my parents home yesterday when I picked up my kids. As soon as i get it back I will scan it so you guys can see. The dealer said the car may go in to production sooner then expected, but to still plan on April delivery.
I'm not upset about the options it would of been nice but overall i'm getting what I want.
PS there was a 55 in the showroom with 20" carlsson looked bad *** but they wanted 114,000 my final price is 96,100

Wow no High Gloss wood? That wasn't a problem on mine, you can still get all of the items in the Premium package accept the Dynamic Seats, there just separate codes now. Ask your dealer to check into if you want the ventilated seats. Funny my dealer had 2 55's with the 030 pacakges, asking $25k over MSRP, came to like $130k!
