Thats real good mileage for a 55. I scored 24 once with my CLS 500 over 200 miles.

Im getting around 19MPG in my 55.... can't wait till these first 1000 miles are over and done with!

21 mpg is very good for a 55. At 4,000 miles I am averaging 14 mpg. In slow traffic the read out is 12-13 mpg for me. I am sure glad the 55 has a large gas tank!

No reason to buy AMG if you drive like a sissy.

I'm getting about 15mpg on Scottsdale streets, 21mpg on the freeway. Actually pretty respectable with this two ton fire breathing beast with lots of cars always visible in the rear view mirror! But likely those numbers will deterioriate after the engine mods (at least ECU, pulley, headers, new I/C pump) are installed

My Wife Asked Me This

I told her I had no idea, and I didn't want to know. I was driving her truck this weekend and she was like slow down your haulling but. I was like no way i'm only doing 70.

Tha'ts when she was like ever since you got that car......blah blah blah blah, wa wa.. Does any one remember what Charlie browns teacher sounded like

How much are you getting per mile. It's a 55 woman I don't know I just get in and immediately step on it who cares how much miles per gallon I get. If i was concerned about that I would of purchased a honda.

That's what I said in my head what i really said was I'm getting about 19mpg

After 15,000. I am averaging 14.7 MPG

On my trip to Vegas Yesterday, I averaged 19.7 MPG. 90 mph was the average speed.

Highway is much better than city.
