Iam sure someone already posted the following inquiry, but I was wondering if there is a way to integrate my current head unit into a DVD player.

The EURO version of the COMAND system allows you to play DVD's on it. I am currently selling one in the Classified section.

Look at - https://mbworld.org/forums/classifieds/153965-euro-comand.html

Cause my car came with the voice control kit. So I would also need to replace the VR module. Same goes with the integrated phone. I would need to replace the PSE module.

So thats why I cant be bothered.
