2006 CLS55
I need your help guys!

My CLS55 is in need of a new fuel pump. part number is 211 470 51 94

Can anyone here help me track one down? MB of Fresno is telling me that there is not a single one in the US, so maybe some of our members in Europe could help? I would be very appreciative for any help.

According the dealer the parts manager check inventory at all dealers, and nothing. It's a Sender unit according to the invoice part number.

You most likely have the same problem that I had. In AMG vehicles, the fuel pump and gas tank are one unit. So if the fuel pump goes, they have to order a gas tank (fuel pump) from AMG in Germany. It took a week for me to get mine replaced.

Not true. The pump is NOT part of the tank in a CLS.

Sorry, I thought that was what my service advisor told me. I must have misunderstood him.

Sorry, I thought that my service advisor told me that the pump and tank were one in all amg vehicles. I must have misunderstood him.
