CLS63 AMG
What Gear
To all those CLS63 out there,

At a stop, what gear does your AMG start at? I have heard it starts in 2nd gear? Just curious?

Also, what kinda of mpg are you guys getting?

2011 SL550, 2007 CLS63, 2004 X5
I have it set to "S", and it always starts off in 2nd. After owning the car for 1 month, my average is 12.5 MPG.

CLS63 AMG
Does it feel sluggish starting off in 2nd? If you were at a light and floored it(kick down thing at the end of the pedal) would it start in 1st gear?
Or do you have to manually change it to 1st gear?

12.5 - how much is city and hwy driving?
