Problems so far with your CLS 55/63

i have a cls55 with 7,000 miles on it that i purchased in february of this year and i have had numerous problems such as:

-broken radio (didnt turn on and when it did it would turn itself off)
- broken parking sensors (never turned on and when i pressed the off/on button they would beep and turn back off)
- broken rocker panels
- my steering pulls to the right (after 2 times of bringing it it)
- my sunroof does not close with the one touch (it goes half way and they opens by itself)
- my breaks squeek like crazy (even though i know this is somewhat normal for mercedes)
- my dynamic seating only works when it wants to
- ive had 2 shorts in my rear foglights (currently have one)
- and there is a really annoying squeaking/click noise that comes from my driver seat (i believe) when i turn...has anyone experienced this.

apart from the rocker panels none of these issues an REALLY SERIOUS but i think for the type of car it is considering its new and an expensive vehicle, i should not have to go through these issues. has anyone had as many or any of these problems? because im making another appointment for the current issues to be fixed and i feel like going off on them.

My car has been in the shop since Wednesday morning (2 days) and will it will ready for me to pickup this evening "Can't wait". I've had the car for about 2 weeks now.
Just a few problems to date.
#1 Electronic Trunk motor was replaced. Never work since I took delivery.
#2 Sensor for the ESP was replaced. It would turn off by itself.
#3 I was getting a check oil on next refueling message. They were not able to find any problems. Hopefully it was just a glitch.
Other than that, it's perfect.

ESP turned off by itself, that's crazy! Glad you didn't gun it in a turn and loose the cars back end.

There should only be on rear foglight unless MB has changed something. There has always been only one rear foglamp.
