Okay I have a 07 CLS 550. I have on order a Eisenmann Race Exhaust with the dual tips that look like the ones of the CLS 63. When I called to order this exhaust I asked the guy if the rear diffuser would need to be trimmed because I have the single oval shape. He told me that it would require some very small trimming. So me being so picky I am not wanting to trim the diffuser because I want a clean look and not a hack job. I have hope fully came up with a solution. If I where to go and order a CLS 63 rear diffuser and take out my CLS 550 diffuser and replace them would it work or not becasue they have diffrent bumper covers? Any help is greatly appreciated I have also looked into the price of the diffuser its like $104.00 list price which is not a big deal but I just want to prepare for my new exhaust.

I dont see why it wouldnt work. Cant say I know for sure if it would work but great idea if it does.
