Nav disc question

Nav disc question
I know an office that sells used cars and they are having trouble hocking up with a 2006-2007 nav disc for the CLS GDI. As the car does not seem to want to take the 2004-05 nav discs. I am guessing it would have to be a middle east reign based nav dis. Main dealer doesn't supply it due to CGI model not made for this region (i.e Europe only) so hmmm what are their options 
also what nav disc would a cls55 2006 take? same as normal cls 500 2006 or do amg models have something extra?
what would happen if a 2004-05 nav disc was installed on a 2006 car?
