"Rectify air pressure"?

I'm getting this message.

I have a CLS55 AMG with the 030 package. 4000 miles.

What should the tire pressure be?

It's currently reading 32/31 in front and 38/36 in back.

The tire pressure is written on the driver side doorwell. there should be a sticker with (PSI) measurements for the front and rear wheel. But it only applys if u have the factory wheels on it still.

How do you get an actual pressure readout?
Do the sensor only tell you when it'd low or can you use them to check the pressure on demand?

I briefly tried the other day but I noticed it wasnt as easy as it is on the Sl so I took a look at the manual and it said that option is for canadian cars only while us cars get the low tire prssure warning. which is gay...

Mine tells me all 4 tires actual pressure. It's displayed in the area on the speedometer. Navigate with your steering wheel keys to the one with the temperature and then hit the arrow keys until you see it.

My door sills don't have any stickers with the tire pressure recommendations and I haven't received my owner's manual yet (on order).

Does anyone with the 030 package wheels know what the recommended tire pressure is?

Ok - I checked inside the gas cap and found it. It has the standard tire pressure for the CLS55 AMG and then there was an additional sticker for the 030 tires. It calls for 46psi in each tire unloaded and 48 partial load.

I also snapped a pretty crappy picture with my phone of the instrumentation displaying the tire pressure.

Does the car feel better with the corrected pressure? 15 PSI low in front is significant. You also would have had major wear issues running that low for long. TPMS is pretty useful.

I check mine every day. It's fascinating to watch pressures change when you drive. You can see the tires warming up (4 PSI) and even the inside front tire get hotter than the others in long fast turns. When the car is parked with the sun hitting one side, those tires will start a couple of PSI higher than the shaded side. I'm hooked on TPMS.

Great question. I've only driven it about 30 miles since correcting the tire pressure but yes it does feel tighter in the turns.

I am concerned about the damage potentially done because I bought this car as a demo car 2 weeks ago. It had 3700 miles on it and it has a clear pull to the right. I'm wondering if it's tire damage and not an alignment problem. I've schedule time to bring it in for service but the earliest appointment I could get was 3/5.

Maaaaan, this sucks, yet another feature we don't get. Now it's list of things:

1) Folding backseat ski cut-out (Canada)
2) Parking tilt mirrors
3) Convinience Seat
4) Tire pressure display

Where did you buy your car adamrogers?

I agree, what is the logic? Would it not be easier to provide these cars with the same options?

Got it from Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. Here was there eBay ad. I went in and negotiated the price directly. It was a demo so it was never titled. Qualified for new car financing and everything.
