63 Adaptive Tranny Explanation?
I do enjoy this feature. But does anyone on this forum know what it does change (shifting points, shifting speed?, etc... and what triggers these actual changes? I know it is how hard / how easy you drive, but I was looking for specifics. In "S" mode, sometimes mine starts in 1'st, sometimes in 2'nd. What triggers this? A run to redline within the last 5 minutes? Speeds in excess of 80 mph? I really can't put a pulse on it and was wondering of others have figured it out in more detail than just "driveing it hard."

It changes shift points.
There is an update available that will make S-mode go to 1 every time on the 63. Which is what it is supposed to do.
