CLS55 lease payment question... Advice...

CLS55 lease payment question... Advice...
A co-worker of mine is in over his head on an 06' CLS55. New house,kids,wife at home,etc,etc.. He's just looking to get something a little more "economical"...I am thinking about taking his lease over.. Tell me what you think of the terms..
06',Silver,most options. Car is like new. 16k miles. Has about 15k/yr. allowable on the lease.. His payment is $1361/mo./24 months left..
He put about a good deal down to get this payment.. It would just be sign and drive for me. No sales tax, or down payment.. what do you all think??
