I just installed the roof wing on the car and I have to say it gives it a nice touch. I will post pics tonight if possible.

Where did you order it from?
Was it pre-painted or did you have to get it painted?

the one's on ebay seem to be double sided m3 tape for the lip and the wing.. i dont know that i would roll with that on my ride.. post pics traezi !!!

sorry guys, I haven't been able to upload the pics. I bought it on ebay for 349.00 painted its an aftermarket part. I purchased my trunk lip and roof wing for my e320 from the same guys. Great service and product after I paid I had the part 2 days later very fast turn around.

When I had my E320 I just put it on and never looked back, the 3m tape never gave me problems. They now send a primer for the glass and more sealent so you can get a flush fit, I put it on in 15 mins.

I'd have to see it but am inclined to agree as a roof wing tends not to look good on anything. Kinda like ricer wings.

Though I have seen a few that weren't bad. Depends on how it's done/blended in I guess.

It looks a LOT better than some "ricer" wing!! After all ANY wing on ANY "street" car is only for looks, even the Countach's wing actually slowed it down and never really helped a bit with stability.

its just looks nothing more, I like to add little things that will make my car different then others. This can be a good thing but can also be a bad thing. I have always been told that my cars are recognizeable I don't think that is a good thing!

I think it adds a little flare to the car with out killing the over all classiness of the car. I have been told that the car "looks tougher" hey to each its own. I will say that for what I paid and the fact that it is something that can be done at home it was well worth the money.

Next is the illuminated door sills. I will post better pics as soon as I get my dsl working at home again.

I think it kills the cls sleek curves, imo... if you look at the car from the sides, it has a really nice smooth arc.

I think it compliments the rear lip spoiler. Both are subtle.

The first thing I did with my car was get a Lorinser roof wing installed. The cheaper Ebay knock off wasn[t available at that time. I do think it looks nice with the CLS' AMG aero treatment, and makes it a bit distinctive without the overbearing look of a full aftermarket body kit.
